MODEL 3824 FLIP-TOP The Best Abrasive Blast System Available The Dee-Blast Model 3824 flip-top is designed to accommodate easier loading and unloading of large or heavy pieces. The 36" x 16" flip-top lid allows workers to load larger pieces without reaching in through the side opening door. For smaller pieces, the side door may be used.

The Model 3824 flip-top cabinet takes up no more floor space than the Dee-Blast Model 38, but it works like a larger cabinet because of the top-opening features.

The Model 3824 is constructed of heavy-gauge steel for years of trouble-free use. It will handle all common abrasives including walnut shells, glass bead, C-garnet, and Aluminum Oxide.

The Model 3824 requires a minimum of 12.5 c.f.m. of compressed air @ 100 p.s.i to operate. A five H.P. compressor is recommended for most applications. (Smaller nozzle and air jets are available to operate on 4.5 c.f.m. @ 100 p.s.i.
